If an item or a bike is not in stock and it requires ordering we will sometimes ask for a deposit. This is to secure the order in your name and means that it will only be sold to the person who orders.
Because of this commitment and the likelihood that we can not return it ,our deposits are non-refundable.
If an item is faulty or not as described then we are able to refund . We do not accept late deliveries beyond our control or changes of heart as a reason to refund. We accept a shop receipt as proof of purchase for a refund.
Our deposit requirements on bikes are for an amount between £500 and £1000.00 and 10% of value on other goods. This will be agreed with the customer at the point of sale.
Warranty
We follow all brands and manufacturers warranty terms and conditions that we sell in our store.
Servicing
We thoroughly service bikes as described in our Workshop tab description. Our service pricing is costed on the basis that we supply any parts that require replacing. If any parts require replacing that are not part of normal wear and tear we will inform the customer beforehand.
All our parts supplied are charged at RRP. If a customer wishes to bring their own parts to be fitted for a service we do not warrant these parts and we charge an additional 20% on a service.
All bikes not collected within a week of a completed service are subject to a storage charge of £10.00 per day unless pre arranged.
