Pietro Dal Molin founded Wilier in 1906, crafting steel bikes on the banks of the river Brenta at a time when a newly mobile public demanded transport. The name Wilier is an acronym derived from an Italian phrase meaning ‘Long live Italy, liberated and redeemed’.
